ELIGIBILITY FOR USE OF ARMY LODGING
AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS
PRIORITY 1
The following personnel are considered Priority One for occupancy of Army Lodging facilities and are authorized confirmed reservations on an unlimited basis:
- Armed Forces active duty members on TDY or PCS, with family members, or family members alone when traveling in a PCS status.
- Reserve Component members on a special tour of active duty or on active duty for training and during periods of scheduled inactive duty training at an installation.
- U.S. DoD civilians in a TDY status.
- U.S. DoD civilians in a PCS status, with family members, or family members alone when traveling in a PCS status outside the continental United states (OCONUS).
- U.S. Coast Guard active duty members and civilians on TDY or PCS, with family members, or family members alone when traveling in a PCS status.
- DoD-sponsored foreign nationals on TDY.
- Armed Forces family members on medical TDY orders.
- Families, relatives, and guests of hospitalized Armed Forces members or their family members.
- Armed Forces active and retired members and their family members undergoing outpatient treatment at a medical facility who must stay overnight in lodging.
- Guests of the Armed Forces as determined by the installation commander.
- Medal of Honor recipients.
- Personnel listed as Priority One for occupancy of Army Lodging facilities will be considered on an equal basis during the reservation process.
PRIORITY 2
The following personnel are considered Priority Two for occupancy of Army Lodging facilities and are authorized on a space available basis:
- Armed Forces active duty members in a non-duty status or their family members.
- Reserve Component members in a non-duty status or their family members.
- U.S. DoD civilians in a non-duty status or on PCS, with or without family members, or family members traveling alone in a PCS status in the continental United States (CONUS).
- U.S. Coast Guard members in a non-duty status or their family members.
- Nonmilitary uniformed personnel of the U.S. Public Health Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and foreign military personnel, when authorized by the installation commander.
- Armed Forces retirees, retired Reserve Component members, gray area retirees, or their family members.
- Surviving spouses and their family members; former spouses when accompanied by dependent children.
- Relatives and guests of Armed Forces members assigned to the installation.
Lodging managers will determine availability of inventory for Priority Two patrons based on seasonal and/or historic occupancy patterns of Priority One patrons.
