BRAVO! plays “Pvt. Wars” at Fort Belvoir's Wallace Theater

FORT BELVOIR, Va. – BRAVO! Army Theatre Touring Company will present “Pvt. Wars” by James McLure, a play concerning three Soldiers recovering from Vietnam War injuries in an Army hospital, Friday and Saturday nights at Wallace Theater.
The curtain will open at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free for this PG-13-rated drama intended for mature audiences.
BRAVO! is an all-Soldier touring theatrical company that performs on military installations throughout the world, delivering theatrical arts to Soldiers, family members and civilians.
The cast includes Sgt. Michael Malizia of Bamberg, Germany; Sgt. 1st Class Robert Isom of Fort Jackson, S.C.; and Sgt. Eric Bragg of Fort Detrick, Md.
The play opened July 8 at Fort Detrick, Md., and was performed Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Fort A.P. Hill, Va.
Following the shows at Fort Belvoir, BRAVO! Army Theatre Touring Company will play Forts McPherson, Benning and Gordon in Georgia, along with Fort Knox, Ky., before heading to Germany.
