The Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity
for Military Children
is now active!

Education and Outreach

This Compact is legis-
lation adopted by states to address important school transition issues, such as: transferring school records, graduation requirements, entrance and exit testing, kindergarten entrance age and more. This Compact will ease transitioning students as they move from state to state. We now have 11 states that have signed, we need your help to get more. To learn more, visit the Council of State Governments website.
