Community Based Programs

National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA)

NACCRRA partners with the Army to provide high-quality, affordable child care through various programs:
Operation: Military Child Care (OMCC) Provides assistance for deployed parents. Available on- and off-post. Fee reductions available for eligible Families. 1-800-424-2246
Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) Helps locate high-quality child care options in local communities and subsidizes the cost.
Army Child Care in Your Neighborhood (ACCYN) Identifies, develops, and sustains Army-affiliated, community-based child care, comparable in quality and affordability to the care available on-post. Through NACCRRA, the Army subsidizes costs so parents using ACCYN spaces pay fees similar to on-post users.
For Wounded Warriors In partnership with the Department of Defense (DoD), NACCRRA provides Families of severely injured military members with assistance to find and pay for safe, licensed child care services for a period of six months during their recuperation.
